A traditional wedding doesn’t have to be an ordinary wedding. Everything about your day will be a show from start to the finish with you as the star. We can provide information on old traditions from all cultures and religions and even find traditions you didn’t know about. Did you know - in Sweden it is traditional for the bride’s father to give a silver coin for her left shoe and for her mother to give a gold coin for her right shoe? These customs ensure that the couple remain prosperous. However, in Italy, this custom would be frowned upon as it is traditionally considered to be bad luck for a bride to have any gold on her during her wedding, other than her wedding band!

If you want traditional with a twist how about a lady toast master running the proceedings like a well oiled clock and announcing you into your reception as Mr and Mrs for the first time. Or, you can make it so traditional that you’ve turned back the clock by having a Victorian wedding full of top hats, canes and a traditional Victorian feast.
